No formal written report will be produced, as a verbal consultation is not considered a full home inspection. During the consultation, the inspector will focus on the major systems while pointing out any visible signs of damage or needed repairs. To maximize the benefits of the consultation, clients are encouraged to accompany the inspector, ask questions, and take notes and photos during the walkthrough.
